I am a twenty year old woman and I am attending Palmer College of Chiropractic. I am set to graduate with my Bachelors of Science and Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2023. I am of the mixed race and I identify as either being mixed race, or Caucasian and African American. I decided to start this blog as an outlet for my mind and also as a place where I can hopefully connect with those that face like struggles, or simply those that wish to expand their horizons and further their knowledge on a variety of things. Throughout the course of my twenty years I have endured discrimination, trauma, heartbreak, and grief; but, I have also experienced growth, revelation, and happiness. I am a firm believer in the healing power of music. I have an adoration for R&B, both new and old, as well as other rap/hip-hop. I work my hardest to practice meditation and to live a mindful life, although sometimes I do get off track. I am passionate about my future career, and I have been for as long as I can remember. I am a firm believer that love is a powerful energy and that there is an endless amount of love to go around. Speaking of energy, I pay close attention to the energy and vibrations that I pick up from people and situations. I hope that this blog is just as rewarding for you as it is for me. Much love. Xx
